Memberships and Fixed-Term PlansQorvia Digital may offer memberships or plans covering specific periods.Unless the applicable checkout page expressly states that a product automatically renews, fixed-term plans purchased from Qorvia Digital require the customer to manually renew or purchase another term<\/strong>.Purchasing a multi-month plan commits the customer to that purchased term subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.Expiration of a plan may result in loss of access to membership features, content, services, benefits, or other functionality associated with that plan.8. Cancellations and RefundsRefunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/strong>, which forms part of these Terms.In general, digital products, activated memberships, and services on which work has already begun are non-refundable except where Qorvia Digital approves a refund under its Refund & Cancellation Policy or where applicable law requires otherwise.9. Digital Products and LicensesUnless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that product for its intended purpose.Purchasing a digital product does not<\/strong> transfer ownership of Qorvia Digital's intellectual property to you.Unless expressly authorized, you may not:Resell our digital products;Redistribute them;Publicly share paid access;Reproduce them for commercial distribution;Share account credentials to avoid purchasing additional access;Remove copyright or proprietary notices;Copy or modify products for unauthorized resale; orClaim our intellectual property as your own.Additional license terms presented with a particular product will also apply.10. Intellectual PropertyThe Qorvia Digital website and its original content, branding, graphics, designs, text, software, digital materials, product materials, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by Qorvia Digital, its licensors, or applicable rights holders.Nothing in these Terms transfers Qorvia Digital's ownership rights to you except for specific rights expressly granted in writing.Third-party names, trademarks, software, content, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.11.
